Danielle helped us purchase a new construction home. She came recommended to us. In our first meeting she explained the selling and buying process and answered all the questions we had. Once we made a decision on a property she negotiated the contract. It was really helpful that she managed the communication with the builder and coordinated the home inspection / radon testing.She is very knowledgeable and responsive to all communication. Danielle is the best! You won't find a better agent - and you'll realize that in minutes when you meet her for the first time. She knows everything there is to know, works with the best people to ensure a smooth process the whole way through closing (and then afterwards with her recommendations for plumbers, electricians, etc., if you need them), answers every text and email right away no matter what time it is, and most importantly is super, super friendly and down to earth and tells funny stories of her own family! You'll know all this after your first meeting with her! I recommend her 100%
